Pretty Princess Risks All to Reach Land of Red Dot
Tuesday and Wednesday passed without anything more exciting than burning my hand on the woodstove. That's not really my kind of excitement, but hey, you take what you get. :)

Thursday was taken up in finally finishing getting my room cleaned. It's so nice to have a clean room. I don't know why I don't do it more often. I still have a few junk drawers to go through, but that's not bad, only a few hours work. We rented Batman Begins, which I've been wanting see since it first came out. I still wanted to watch it, but I hadn't seen Manda in months, so I invited her over for the evening. *smiles*

What fun! Manda, you're so awesome! I met her at the back door, where she came in hiding something behind her back. "What in the world?" I thought. She made me give her a plate and close my eyes for her surprise. "No peeking," but I turned my back to avoid temptation. When I turned around, I held a plate of pink sugar frosted PopTarts. :) Oh yum! I love poptarts.

We snuck past the living room where Bruce Wayne was pretending to be a billionaire, and secluded ourselves in my bedroom. We played Pretty Pretty Princess twice. I had never played before, but I'd seen the game around since I was little. I had so much trouble getting my accessories together, but I finally won the first game. Then Manda won the second game. (that infernal black ring! the bane of any true princess!)

Then we sat on the bed and looked at scrapbooks.I hadn't done pictures in a while, but it was still more recently than Manda had seen them. Our poptarts started dwindling, and so I offered to make popcorn. Down the stairs we went. Batman seemed to be in full force. A bowl, a bag of corn and a couple glasses of water made us ready for Twister.

Good heavens! When you play Twister with Amanda, she makes it up as she goes along. And I swear to you, she decides on the move that will give her the easiest time and you the most trouble. I'm serious! I fell three times before I caught on to her, and then made her reach for that last red dot. *sinister smile*

That was great fun!

You might be the pretty, pretty princess, but I'm the Twista Queen!

The ShugaBowl
Sounds like some kind of sports thing, but in reality, the ShugaBowl is just a little hideaway for me, Sugarcube herself, to let loose my thoughts and occasional creativeness.
