Once upon a time . . .
|
Lend me your ears and I'll tell you a tale of a young peasant girl and the evil checkbook register. Armed with only her wits and a calculator, can she defeat this evil villain and bring balance back to the bank account?
Or would you prefer to hear the tale of this selfsame girl held prisoner by her wicked stepbrothers Disorder and Chaos deep in the interiors of the Forest of Filing Cabinet? And how, as receipts and statements merge together into one compact file folder, the good Prince Organization emerges from nowhere to save the damsel in distress?
Personally, either one would be an encouragement to me just now. |

Sounds like a case of Leslie's been gone for a couple months and the paperwork has patiently awaited her return home. Don't you just love how it always waits, never taking the hint to just up and leave? Doesn't it know when it's not wanted?
Maybe a trip to Wawa would help the weary damsel. It always worked for me. :)

Bree's Mom- I don't think I'll take you up on that offer. That sounds like a job for WillieMan! dum-ta-dah! (sorry willie, I couldn't resist.) :)
Cara- A trip to Wawa would chase away all the filing cabinet blues. Unfortunately, the nearest one is a fifteen minute drive. :( 'Course for you it's even longer.

Yes, we know, do we ever know....
-
Oh, but Jacques doesn't ever encourage this love of Wawa.
*rolls eyes and practically chokes with laughter*

-
What that you never encourage it? Did I imply that by saying that you did? Are you saying that there's a note of sarcasm in my tone? Is that what you're saying?!?
-
-
As I recall, Jacques dodn't neccesarily encourage WAWA, but rather wide, red-eyed sleepless nights as a result too much caffeine consumption (spelling?)
-
Why don't you just fill it with hot chocolate instead of coffee and then it won't be the result ot too much caffeine. Just think of the energy you'd have from all that sugar. Why, you could get a lot done that way. :)
-
Only if it's Godiva chocolate!
-
Ooh! If I wasn't craving it before, I surely am now.
-
I know! I still have some from last Christmas that I'm saving for the first snowy day of this year. If I can wait that long!
-
-
Sure! It comes in an airtight cylindrical container that keeps it fresh.
-
Ok, perhaps I should rephrase that.
You rescued it from your siblings all year long?!?

The ShugaBowl |
Sounds like some kind of sports thing, but in reality, the ShugaBowl is just a little hideaway for me, Sugarcube herself, to let loose my thoughts and occasional creativeness. |
